1. To issue a Joint Management Body (JMB) Certificate to certify the establishment of the body within 14 working days from the date of application.
2. To issue Reminder Notices to purchasers or owners who fail to pay the charge based on the application from the management within 14 working days. (based on the total number of applications).
3. To receive feedback and take action on complaints pertaining to the Commissioner of Buildings (COB) Unit within 5 working days.
