• To process and consider approval of plan applications on earthworks, roads and drainage and traffic lights subject to submission of complete and proper documentations within 30 days.
• To process and approve the street excavation permit / subject to compliance with the conditions within 7 working days.
• To ensure complaints will be given feedback within 14 working days.
• To carry out drain cleaning work every day in commercial areas and once a month in residential areas.
• To issue notices for abandoned lots within 7 working days from the date of receipt of complaint.
• To carry out waste collection work as scheduled every day in commercial areas and 3 times a week in residential areas.
• To approve the billboard, unipole and other types of signage (outdoor) licence applications and entertainment, cyber centres, quarries, scrap items and beauty centre licences within 2 months if complete.
• To approve applications for temporary permit such as banners, buntings, seasonal fruit permit within 14 working days if complete.
• To process applications for Certificate of Fitness for Occupation (CFO) provided the application is complete from the date of receipt of form E within 14 days.
