1. To process and provide review of building plan applications through One Stop Centre (OSC) subject to compliance of the conditions within 30 days.
2. To process Certificate of Fitness for Occupation (CFO) applications subject to compliance of the conditions within 14 days from the receipt date of Form E.
3. To process the applications for house renovation building plan and equivalent plan (guide book) for minor house renovation works subject to completion of application within 24 hours of a working day.
4. To provide building-related complaints feedback within 5 working days.
