  1. To process the approval of landscape plans within 30 days.
  2. To process and issue supporting letters of ‘Certificate of Fitness for Occupation’ for completed application within 7 days starting from the date of site inspection.
  3. To ensure the complaints received are provided with feedbacks within 5 working days.
  4. To ensure all completed payment claims are processed within 7 days.
