1. To process license applications for visual billboard, uni-pole and other outdoor signboards within a month.
2. To process trade license applications of organised in-building business trade immediately (2 hours).
3. To process applications for temporary bunting and banner permits within 5 working days.
4. To provide feedback on complaints within 5 working days provided that the complaints are complete.
