1. To process planning approval applications (development plans) to be brought up in the OSC meeting within 30 days for applications which are within the range of gazetted local planning area and within 50 days if applications are outside of the gazetted range.
2. To process applications for pre-count certification within 30 days starting from the receipt date until the issuance of certification letter.
3. To provide technical review for business license premise applications to Licensing Department within 2 weeks on the condition that the applications are completed and well-organised.
4. To process the land technical review within 2 weeks.
