2. To process applications for information amendment submitted at the counter of Valuation Department with completed documents within 15 minutes.
3. To process applications for an official search at the counter of the Valuation Department with completed documents and comply with the conditions within 20 minutes.
4. To issue premise rental offer letters within 14 days after the interview.
5. To act upon complaints of minor impairment at Selayang Municipal Council within 3 days.
