• 1. To streamline the meetings, notices shall be disseminated not less than 7 days before the Council meeting.
  
  1. a. Notice shall specify :-
     
     • Date and time of the meeting
     • Meeting venue and
     • Matters to be discussed (Meeting Agenda))
• To distribute minutes of the meeting no later than 7 days after the meeting convened.
• To prepare regular monthly meeting schedule and is distributed 1 week before the beginning of the next month.
• To manage the Management Committee Meeting as per set schedule efficiently and flawlessly.
• To prepare the Council Members allowance statement on the 7th of every month.
