1. To process and provide reviews for Earthworks, Roads and Drainage, Streetlights and Traffic Lights Plan applications according to the checklist within 30 days from the application receipt date at the One Stop Center (OSC).
2. To provide feedback to public complaints within 5 working days.
3. To provide feedback and support of CFO/CCC to the Building Department/ OSC within 14 days.
4. To provide certification support for indent payment within 7 working days.
